About Susan Niami

Susan offers her clients a keen eye and a wealth of life and business experience. Schooled across multiple continents as a child, well traveled in Europe and the US, Susan has an adventurous spirit, a positive can-do attitude, and abundant financial and marketing expertise. Susan's background, wide range of skills and sensitivities, and exceptional performance history, all combine to create success for her clients.

Soon after earning her degree in Economics from UCLA, Susan began a successful career in mortgage banking. She began at Home Savings and quickly delivered as a top producer.  She later joined Fannie Mae, where she coordinated the agency’s wholesale and retail lenders. Susan then boldly and passionately transitioned to an entirely new field – that of elder care. Determined to contribute positively to people’s lives, she founded an adult daycare company. Once again she reached great heights, providing stellar service to older adults and their families. She sold her adult care business as part of her move back to California, where she went on to become a record-setting sales and marketing director for several highly regarded home care organizations.

Susan’s winning combination of intuition, sales expertise, and finely tuned analytical skills has given her and her clients a distinct advantage throughout her career. Today, her ongoing dedication to client satisfaction makes her a trusted and highly regarded advocate. She is a rare agent who considers her profession a true calling to be of service, one who treats every purchase or sale as though it is her very own. 

In the communities she serves, including our global community, numerous non-profit organizations geared towards helping women and children have benefited from her board participation; as a mother, Susan also spearheaded fundraising committees at local schools, always being active and engaged. Above all her accomplishments, Susan is the extremely proud mother of three capable and hardworking young adult sons two of whom graduated from Piedmont schools.

As a homeowner, Susan has undertaken countless home improvement projects and savors the creative aspects of home design. Susan currently resides in Piedmont and, in her free time, she enjoys traveling, painting, tennis, and hiking.
